I started in creative. I combed through copy, slung words, pushed pixels, cut video, scratched graphite, and brought 2D layers to life. That foundation has helped me to better understand and oversee collaborators, vendors, and internal staff since transitioning to more managerial roles. These days I direct, plan, budget, train, report, and look for ways to improve both employee performance and team output.
